Quarq Dfour cutting off intermittently

Hi,  After the latest firmware, I noticed that my data fields (power and cadence) that reads my power meter (Quarq Dfour) has been cutting off intermittently during my rides.  This has never happened in the past.  Please give guidance.  Thx!

  Hi Edgardo, could you please try to remove the sensor and add them again to see if that works. If you have already tried that please submit a request to our support team with FIT files of the ride here: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

  Quarq PM are notorious for having intermittent battery contact issues. I have three of them and two have had the issue. The little legs that act as springs to keep the battery in contact start to compress. Resend them back out so the battery keeps solid contact and it should be fine.
