Karoo 2 Software Update Crash
AnsweredI just got my Karoo 2.
Connected it my wifi, it started to download but has been "downloading" for 3 hours. Nothing happening.
What do i do? Or how do i hard reboot to start the process?

Hi Robert, I am sorry to hear about the concern about installing the latest update. We see you have sent us an email about the same issue. I have responded back to your email with a couple of troubleshooting steps. Please respond back to the same email if the issue persists, so we can take the next course of action.

I assume five months later that you had your issues resolved and have done more updates since... how did you resolve the issue? Just got my new Karoo 2 and same issue. It joined my secure network quickly and seems to be downloading the update, but it's taking hours... i guess i'll email support next, but this is one of the first posts i saw for the karoo 2.

Hi all, assuming you are stuck on the onboarding screen, you can skip the onboarding process and update from under the settings.
