Pairing Hammerhead Karoo (v1) with SRAM

I had my Karoo paired running fine for six months. Then I had to reset to factory settings and now can’t get the Karoo to see the SRAM. Can you offer any advice pls?

I have tried

• add new sensor
• puting sram derailleur into pairing mode (flashing green)
• karoo doesn’t see any sensors (in Bluetooth, ANT or Di2)

  Hi Ross, We are sorry to hear about the trouble that you are facing with the sensor connection. We can help you to sort this out.

  Could you confirm that Karoo is not detecting any of the sensors over ANT+ or Bluetooth? Or is the issue limited to just the SRAM?  Could you just restart your Karoo and try the pairing process again and see if that helps.

  Based on the outcome of this, we can move on to the next course of action.

  I have exactly the same problem of not getting it to pair, my rear derailleur was changed due to failure. Now the replacement will not pair with Karoo whatever I do, I have tried Bluetooth and ant to no effect.,  turned of the headset still no result
