    Does Guillermo situation mean that it takes 15days to get user notified about tracking number?

    Should the tracking information be provided 1 week within the payment done ?

    According to fulfillment table times you should get all the information to purchaser one week after the purchase?

    Does this mean you are still finishing BATCH F shipments although you have put status as fulfilled?

    I'm in the same boat as many people, I imagine. I finished paying for it on the 9th. I wrote to customer service a couple of times in the last week asking for an update but have gotten no response.

    Nicholas: Your order will be shipped by today and you should see tracking information by tomorrow.

    Marius: Not really, there were few orders that got stuck and were delayed for tracking and shipment because of confusion between the email addresses used for pre-order and actual order. Again, I must say that this is not the perfect user experience but when we switch to regular sales in the next few weeks, it will be shipped with tracking updates within 3-5 days.

    Hi, I’m in the same situation, I place my order (#1034367) in the 8th of January, and I haven’t received any information regarding the shipping information, can someone tell me about my order status.

    Carlos, what is your pre-order number? Or did you purchase the Karoo gift card recently? In which case, you will receive an email from us by end of this month or early Feb for the shipment related information.

    How do you end up purchasing gift cards!? You get email to complete your purchase and it contains one single click to finish it. --- Click here to complete your order! And that's all.

    Marius - I think Carlos did not pre-order back in Aug/Sept and he might have known about the Karoo 2 - second sales drive recently.

    I see I'm not the only one who didn't get a confirmation, not even an order number. I placed an order on the 13th of January. The only confirmation I have is the one from the credit card company.  I tried to contact support on Saturday last week but have not yet received a reply. Could you please give me an update on my order? The email address with which I placed the order is bvoshol@ziggo.nl

    Hi Bart, It looks like you did have a pre-order and purchased the Gift card instead of the karoo 2. I have ported over the order to a Karoo 2 unit. You will receive the tracking by tomorrow. Sorry for all the confusion with the checkout process

    Yes, it should be sent in a separate package but around the same time, as the orders are now split into two.
