    Hi Dave, You should be able to upload pic here. I would love to see what state the app and Karoo is in, to understand it better.

    Also, did you try to uninstall and reinstall the app and start fresh?

    Exactly what I have seen. The device shows it has paired, but the phone companian app stops at the waiting for pairing screen. It is unresponsive to any action. Have re installed with no change. Result is inability to use app/phone with device
