    which channels have you set in your router for 2.4 and 5 ghz or which channels are currently used if they are selected automatically?

    (try other channels. maybe it helps)

    Terry, what router do you use at your home? We have a known issue with the Arris + Xfinity which should be solve in the update that will be released 2 weeks from now.

    I have the same problem, and I have an xFinity-branded modem/router.  Is there a workaround plan to get K2 connected while HH is preparing the update?

    As of now, there is no workaround for this router set up but you should be able to connect to other networks. This will be fixed in the next udpate.
