Drop in performance/blank screens
AnsweredI've noticed a significant, perceived, drop in performance of my K2 over the last couple of weeks, including blank/black screens. I do not have Power Save mode enabled.
Screens are also slow to update. The screen will go black for a few seconds, on a regular basis. This usually happens after selecting a route to ride in the Ride app. I've also experienced my route being rejected and being dumped back on the home screen.
I don't believe the cold weather is to blame because I am able to reproduce this in my home office as well.
I expect the fix for this is to do a factory reset but I should not have to do a factory reset on a regular basis.
What's going on with this?
