Syncing

My Karoo 2 isn't syncing with the Dashboard so I'm unable to upload rides. I managed to upload 2 rides after allowing Kamoot to sync but they ended up disappearing from my Dashboard.
My Karoo 2 and my Mac computer are on the same wifi network.
I've tried plugging my Karoo into the computer but that didn't instigate any sync.
Any thoughts?

Hi Dave, this has been fixed in the recent release - but if you are still facing issues on past rides. please try to get the FIT file downloaded on your computer, to not lose it and then attempt a factory reset.
