No recording distance with Karoo2

I just did two rides with my new karoo2 but the distance is not recorded

The gps works, the track on the map is shown correctly but the speed and distance are always zero. The cadence and heart rate sensor are working correctly. 

At the end of the ride I have the gps track but no data on distance and speed

  Hi Gabriele, it looks like it could be due to sensor precedence, where the right sensors are not the source of data. Does the cadence sensor also provide the speed for you? If so you will see the speed icon in green color. Or you can pull the built-in-GPS to the top.
