AnsweredHello,
The more I get acquainted with my Karoo 2 the more I like it. It truly is a very clever device with a beautiful layout as far as I am concerned. Having said this, I believe that there is something that does not seem to work the way I would expect it: I do get notifications shown on my Karoo 2 while cycling. Very clear, very legible (although the font is too big for my liking). The problem, however, is that messages disappear after a few moments, so they are easily missed. It would make sense if messages would stay on the screen until they are swiped away (swiped down as opposed to swiping up to read the message in full). Unfortunately, I have not found such an option.

Hi Leo, great to know about your experience with the Karoo 2. We are making improvements in the days ahead so anyone can browse through the history of messages. Also, the mechanism of all the notifications and banners will be improved to be swiped up or down anytime during the ride. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts then! :)

Adjusting the font size to smaller would definitely help. the current fornt size is huge and more often than not display only a small portion of the message.
in contrast, Garmin Edge (smaller size device) addresses this with a smaller font and an ability to click on the message to see the whole thing with scrolling capability.

Personally, I would prefer it if you made use of the Android notifications tray or whatever it's called on Android (swipe down from the top of the screen) to provide access to expired notifications. Just like you do at the end of a ride after you've synced a ride to Strava, etc... If you did this, you would also have a means of removing the notifications (swipe left or right on the notification).
I don't especially want these things staying on my screen until I've read them; When I'm on my bike, my notifications can wait.
