Same issue here. Tried disconnecting strava permissions then giving them back with no luck.

Same here. My guess is that this is across the board but no real response on the issue. Uploading to user platforms is a pretty basic requirement for a cycling computer and I’ve seen this issue get brought up more than I like to see with hammerhead

My rides just uploaded. Go back and try to upload to Strava and see if it works.

Hi All, there were some temporary Strava "Client error" issues holding back the uploads - it has been solved now and it should be working for all.

Same here, "Strava Client Error" on two different units. Also similar message "Cannot upload this FIT file (error: Other Error)" when trying to sync to Strava from Hammerhead dashboard. What's going on?

Experiencing the same issue from dashboard and from karoo 1 head unit. I have disconnected hammerhead from strava and reconnected, issue still persists.

At this time, we do not believe it is an issue on the Hammerhead servers - but we have notified the developers to look into it.

I have the same. Tried several times. Client error.
Just switched to K2, does that matter, or is strava linked on server level?

Edit, after some waiting tried again and it worked.

Getting the same errors as Joseph and others above. My XERT account upload works just fine, as does my Training Peaks. This tells me its a problem on Strava’s side. Also, XERT and Training Peaks for me should sync bi-directionally with Strava. This means the ride today should upload from my Karoo 2 to XERT and/or TrainingPeaks, and then sync across to Strava. IT appears though that both XERT and TraniningPeaks are not sync’ing ride to Strava either. Maybe this will help the Hammerhead dev’s tel the Strava Dev’s what they broke.

Interestingly I ran my Garmin 1030 on the same ride, and it uploaded just fine. It uploads to GarminConnect, which then pushes to Strava.

Shame too, this was my first ride with my Karoo 2.

Having the same issue - yesterday and today. Was able to pull the .Fit files off the dashboard and upload manually to strava but it's not ideal.

As of 2/28, still not working. There is a funky extension after the .fit not sure if that’s causing the issue.
