Same here, "Strava Client Error" on two different units. Also similar message "Cannot upload this FIT file (error: Other Error)" when trying to sync to Strava from Hammerhead dashboard. What's going on?

I am unable to upload from the unit "strava client error" but syncing from the online dashboard works fine. Please notify when fixed.

Hi Ross, I have addressed this issue here: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/1260801725030/comments/1260802884209

This issue is still happening for me.   Signed out of both accounts and seemed to fix the error for a day.  Now the error has returned.

Yep, has become an issue for the first time since the update yesterday. Have done a full factory reset and it’s no better

Yesterday's ride uploaded to Strava sometime during the night, thought problem was fixed. Finished a ride a few minutes ago and it won't upload to Strava but did upload to Ride GPS. Very frustrating. Is there a way I can remove the update that caused the problem? Maybe next time try an update before sending it out?

I have gotten this error several times and have had my Karoo 2 for 45 days.  This is frustrating not to see ride data populate to Strava, especially since there is no BT to the phone and wi-fi only.  This computer is not performing up to the expectations I had compared to competitor products. If the support cannot quickly respond to user issues and solve problems, I have no choice but to switch back to competitor products.  Terribly frustrated by my experience with the Karoo 2.

Try going into your Hammerhead Dashboard and check your Units under Settings. After the most recent Karoo update, I noticed my units switched from Imperial to Metric. I just checked the Settings in my Dashboard and noticed the same thing had happened and that the Units were set to Metric. When I made the switch to Imperial under my settings, it seemed to fix the sync with Strava. Hope this works for everyone else.

    Cheers!

I also switched the Ride Upload Mode to Manual. Not sure if that made the difference.

Thanks for the tip . . .i checked the units and they were both set to imperial. However, after I checked it, the upload went through. Not sure of cause and effect, but hopeful these issues can be resolved for normal functioning on a regular basis.
