Today i face the same problem as you with a Rotor Crank Powermeter. I tried and tried (searching) while already riding (with HR, sram etap, varia radar working correctly), disabled all unused ant+ peripherals (from other bikes), unpaired it and then tried to pair it again with no success. i didn't try bluetooth as i know it will disable ant+ and i was recording my power activity on garmin (with no trouble). I finally gave up searching and enjoy the ride

Back home i tried again with no GPS, but no more success.

I finally turned K2 off and on and then i could pair it again with Ant+

Hi Adrian, there is no problem reported with the Vector pedals. So I would start with the basics, as I am unsure of the steps you might have already tried. You can reboot and then try to find the pedal, as well as check the battery and firmware update if available for the Pedals.

I fought with my Vector 3s for two years. They were impossible to keep paired with my Garmin 1030 in Bluetooth or Ant. Meanwhile my Stages power meter and Quarq were flawless always. Add to that Garmin always releasing new battery doors, all of which never helped. I dumped the Vectors.
