Strava Live Segments - PR and leaderboard

Hi I just received my karoo 2 but am having trouble with SLS.  I have strava premium account and the segments sync fine.

The issue is on the karoo when I set what to chase

KOM, MB, RB, carrot and wolf are available.

But my PR never shows up.  Also Carrot and wolf are always only the the top of the leaderboard of those I am following, so they are incorrect.  It seems like the leaderboard or my PR isnt syncing accross.

MB and RB seems correct though.

Ive tried logging out of strava from the dashboard and resyncing

Any tips?

  I should note that in strava I always set my rides to private so its not seen in the public leaderboard.  Maybe thats the issue?

  However with my wahoo bolt there is no problem with this.

  I meant I set my strava ride settings to only followers see

  I tried on strava to set the PR ride to public.  And it all fixed on the karoo.

  Karoo developers can this be looked into - ie allow those that set the privacy settings in strava to followers only to still be able to use SLS to chase PR, and carrots.  Right now I have to set the rides to public.  Wahoo seemed to be able to do it.

  Hi @hari
  This was the main reason for buying the karoo for its strava live segments
  Im sure many people set rides to followers only on strava for privacy reasons
  I hope this will get prioritised

  In the mean time I’ll manually make my best time for the segment public but its not ideal
