    Hi Robert, sorry to hear about the frustrating experience. We will try our best to get this sorted our for you real quick. May I know what screen you are stuck on? Could you please share an image from Karoo screen with the error message?

    One thing that caught me out once or twice is the fact that the Dashboard and Karoo share a password (the Dashboard one) and the support page (this web area) has a different one.  I’m raising this as a helpful comment, and I would dearly like there to be just one password personally for access into the Hammerhead world.

    Otherwise, I find the passwords are reliable.

    Thanks, Jeff. We will be moving towards a single account for sure. Thanks for your help, I am suspecting that to be the case, where Dashboard, Support and Shop all use different credentials. Or an issue during the onboarding screen - where I would suggest skipping the onboarding and sign in from the Settings accounts.

    I cannot get past that.. the window pops uo but it does not provide the option to skip onboarding..

    Tried that before and it didnt work.. I will attempt again.. Is there no way to reset this?

    Scratch that.. It worked. So without my password, what am I losing?

    Also why does the screen for the username and password indicate that if you forgot either fields you can reset at the dashboard yet when I change it, it doesnt seem to work??????

    You can log in from the Settings > Hammerhead account. Are you able to use the new password after resetting on dashboard.hammerhead.io ?
