Password issues
AnsweredThis computer is a pain in the a$$$$. How about just have some on staff support.. I cannot sign in to the karoo unit even after changing my password 3 times to sign in to the online account but when I hit the change my password once signed in it says i am entering the wrong old password yet it allows me to use that to sign in... WHAT THE (*&^*%^$%)^_*^&. About ready to lose my mind.,

One thing that caught me out once or twice is the fact that the Dashboard and Karoo share a password (the Dashboard one) and the support page (this web area) has a different one. I’m raising this as a helpful comment, and I would dearly like there to be just one password personally for access into the Hammerhead world.
Otherwise, I find the passwords are reliable.

Thanks, Jeff. We will be moving towards a single account for sure. Thanks for your help, I am suspecting that to be the case, where Dashboard, Support and Shop all use different credentials. Or an issue during the onboarding screen - where I would suggest skipping the onboarding and sign in from the Settings accounts.
Steps to skip the Karoo 2 Onboarding process:

You can log in from the Settings > Hammerhead account. Are you able to use the new password after resetting on dashboard.hammerhead.io ?
