SRM cadence sensor

I have a SRM Origin and my Karoo 2 detects that my Origin transmits power and cadence but yet only power is shown when paired. No cadence data is being shown on my screen. What am I missing?

  Hi John,

  Thanks for posting your observations here :) We are identified this as a known issue and our team is working on resolving this in the upcoming software releases :)

  So I noticed in today’s firmware update that this was fixed. I just tested it and it isn’t fixed. I tried repairing my SRM Origin and it only pairs the power meter even thought it recognizes the cadence sensor. Please respond on next steps.

  Thanks for getting back here, I will ensure to bring this up with similar reports that we have collected from a few others as well. Our team would be investigating this and we shall ensure to have a fix out for this soon!

  Akhil, I rode two days ago.  Both the power and cadence did not have connectivity until about 90 minutes later.  I unpaired and paired several times during the ride.  Thanks.

  SRM power but I see only the power and no cadence....ant+ doesn't recognize the cadence

  Hi Angelo. Yeah, mine also works. I rode yesterday and both the power meter and cadence readings were flawless. Also fixed was the speed sensor reading. Prior to this update, the speed reading kept recycling back to zero and then to the current speed every second. Damn annoying. Let’s hope Hammerhead doesn’t muck up the connectivity on future updates, which was working until about 4 or 5 software updates ago.
