Karoo 2 screen goes sleep

Hi

My Karoo 2 screen goes to sleep after 30 sec into the ride. It wakes up only when the Strava segment starts and goes to sleep after that again. In the settings, I put  "go to sleep after 5 min of inactivity". What to do? Factory reset?

  Pull down the menu at the top of the screen, and turn off battery saver mode. That's what's turning your screen off.

  Sounds like you've enabled Battery Save mode:

  None of those suggestions have worked for me.  Screen goes to sleep during ride

  Like David above my screen goes off and stays off during the ride unless I push the B button. Then it stays on for just a few minutes. My battery saver is off and I set the screen to go off at 30 min.  Anyone know why this happens?

  Is it in ride dark mode ?
