Sensors dropping when stopping mid ride in Firmware 1.198.1007.3
AnsweredThis was a problem in the past and seem to have come back after the last FW update on Karoo2.
If you stop for a coffee, 10-15min the Power and HR sensors will disconnect and when you resumé's the ride you will have no data.
You have to manually go back to the Sensors page and re-connect them. This happens regardless if you paired via BT or Ant+
I noticed this on every ride since the update.

Also - what is going on with the firmware / release notes?
On March 25th there was release of 1.198.1007.12, then couple days ago release notes for this software were removed from HH page. Now the same release notes (ANT+ lights, drawer and tab system etc.) are back marked as April 7th release and 1.198.1007.3 build? While I’m still at the 1.198.1007.12 firmware and my K2 says „no updates available”? Do we get an update as scheduled or not this time? Confused

Well, there is now a new
1.200.1016.3 on Apr 8th
but on my K2 shows as 1.200.1016.12, I guess the last part is device specific...

Hello all!
There was a new update released on April 8th. Sorry for the confusion - we just had some changes to our website that created different storefronts for different regions of the world. This segmented the updated release page to the US site. We will correct that so the changelog is visible on all sites, but it can still be viewed at the link I provided - the same link Marco provided as well. Make sure to get the update!
Thanks!

I have a lot of trouble with sensors. I often have to connect them at the start of a ride.
They sometimes get lost during a ride, but they nearly always get lost when I stop for any length of time.
Sometimes when I try to reconnect them they don't show up, or they do show up, but are listed as "searching" until the screen blanks out. I have to unpair them and refind them. This can be done, but it takes time, is dangerous on a group ride, and is particularly difficult in cooler weather when I am wearing gloves as the touch screen does not respond reliably to a glove touch.
