Same....the automatic upload worked perfect up until the 3.25 update (coincidence?), but since then it's been intermittent, and I'm having to upload manually now.

There’s been there’s been a lot of other threads about this and those with some tech know how seem to think HH is hitting Stravas API upload limit so need to negotiate with Strava a higher limit.

Perhaps due to an increase in popularity in the HH product recently.

Got it.  This manual upload thing is annoying.  Had to do it again today and the foreseeable future.

Two days in row of Strava Client Error with Karoo 2.  I'm done with this beta product, returning it ASAP!

    Hi All,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused here. We have raised this as an urgent concern to be looked into ASAP with our team. Thank you for the patience. As of now, try the workaround to upload the file manually or by disconnecting and reconnecting the Strava account.

Rides were syncing for a while, but two recent rides that would not upload w/ a Strava Client Error.  Still having to upload those files manually.  This intermittent problem needs to be fixed.

Haven’t had a problem with Strava in weeks - my ride today uploaded fine.

What happens if you select the ride from “Rides” and try uploading again?

Doesn't work. I get an error that says it can't upload the FIT file.  The only way to get them to Strava is by downloading the FIT file and manually uploading it to Strava.  I think I have had to manually upload it more times that it has actually worked since I got this device.  About to return it.
