Map problems
AnsweredHello, in addition to the battery problem that is in process, now I find another problem with the map.
Without further writing I attach a images in which the problem is perfectly seen.
What's going on? New problems appear every so often, what a bore, I begin to think that I was wrong when choosing this device.
One thing is just as certain, the treatment and attention of the hammerhead guys is excellent.

Thanks for reaching out!
I feel it will be best to perform a hard reset followed by recreating this profile in order to correct these issues. After the hard reset please login to your Hammerhead Account to restore your Routes & Activities automatically. You will then have to download Offline Maps & pair your sensors again before heading out for a ride.I'll link below the steps to performing the hard reset:

As I have commented at the beginning of the previous message I have a problem with the battery too (request 64754) so the hard reset has been carried out and also the new creation of the profile and deletion of the previous one.
The problem persists and appears to have occurred since the last update.
Your treatment is exquisite but I am having a very bad experience with the device, I am very disappointed.

Hello, I have several problems, one is this one from the map, another is a normally high battery drain, another that there is no sound from the threshold notifications in planned training.
I have performed 4 or 5 hard resets, 4 or 5 battery calibrations ... and it still doesn't work well there.
Total disappointment this Karoo 2 device.
