No connectivity with 4g
AnsweredSince the second-last update my 4g stopped working. Now there is a cross in the icon? (See image below). Does someone know how to fix this?

Hello! Sorry to see that you are having issues with your SIM!
As David mentions - review your APN settings - make sure the correct settings are input for your carrier - they can provide their APN settings for you if you need them.
You are also able to select networks under Advanced in Cellular Data Settings - be sure you are set to automatic and not blocking 4G.
Be sure you do not have mobile data toggled to off in Cellular Data Settings.
If those things do not get you sorted, please log a ticket with our support team and we will be glad to help you get it up and running! Include a picture of what your Karoo shows under Cellular Data Settings and APN settings. That will help to know how yours is set up and the carrier you're using. Thanks!
