    This suggests your SIM card has run out of data credit or has not been enabled properly. Are you able to verify the SIM card works in a phone?

    Yes it works on my phone well and I have 9GB left.

    Hello! Sorry to see that you are having issues with your SIM!

    As David mentions - review your APN settings - make sure the correct settings are input for your carrier - they can provide their APN settings for you if you need them.

    You are also able to select networks under Advanced in Cellular Data Settings - be sure you are set to automatic and not blocking 4G. 

    Be sure you do not have mobile data toggled to off in Cellular Data Settings.

Include a picture of what your Karoo shows under Cellular Data Settings and APN settings. That will help to know how yours is set up and the carrier you're using. Thanks!
