Google dashboard extension error

HI I'm getting a Network Error 403 when I try to use the extension in google to bring routes over to the dashboard from ridewithgps.  Using google chrome on mac.  

Anyone else or thoughts on what may be going on?  I believe I'm all logged in correctly?

  Been having this for ages have tried uninstalling and re installing but nothing helps.

   

  Using chrome on pc.

  Hey Paulo & Nicholas,

  Well, I do know how frustrating this can get, Usually, a 403 error would pop up when the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it. Do try to refresh your browser cache & history by clearing them out and try to import the route once more?

  I tried the clearing of items but that didn't work for me.  I ended up deleting the extension and reloading  a new copy.  That fixed it.  Thanks
