Bricked K2
AnsweredHello,
I installed the latest fw release on my K2, and when I went down to power it up before my ride this morning, nothing happened. I unplugged it from the charger and plugged it back in again and didn't see the charging battery icon. It appears that my K2 is now just a small paper weight.
Are there any other steps I can take before going down the warranty replacement route?

I had tried that initially with no success. After reaching out to support, Jami gave me direction that worked, and an explanation behind what may have been the root cause.
I left my K2 alone for about 24 hours, plugged it in and the battery charging icon appeared on the screen with 0% capacity. So it had fully discharged overnight and actually shutdown. It appears that I was stuck in Fastboot. Now that I am out of Fastboot, the device is working as expected.
