I hope you are having better luck with your sensors. Sorry for that experience. If you continue to have issues like that, let support know by emailing support@Hammerhead.io - someone will be happy to look into that.
We have some major improvements happening with the sensors - thanks for your patience! We rolled out the first of those for HR sensors on Thursday - you should see much better performance with HRMs. Similar improvements to come for other sensors in upcoming updates!

Same for me yesterday after connecting my Polar H10 heart rate monitor over Ant+ and then realising I had forgotten to pack something. So I ran upstairs to get it and by the time I got back my HRM had disconnected from the Karoo (unknown to me because the data fields were still displaying static values!).
I thought this was fixed on Thursday, Jami?
