SRM Power Meter Cadence not showing up

So I've paired my SRM power meter several times, but all i get is power, no cadence. Obviously cadence shows up fine on the SRM PC8.

I see other posts but no solutions or tricks tips? Anyone?

  Thank you for being active on the Forum! We have indeed identified this particular concern on the Karoo via multiple reports from our users. I am glad to let you know that we are currently working on a fix and you should positively see it in the upcoming software release! :)

  Hi there I have an SRM PM and there are times when both cadence and power drop.

  I have another bike with Quarq PM and that works fine all the time. I have just changed the battery on the SRM and done a full service on it
