Unable to download offline maps K1

I had an error come up on my K1 which told me to update my offline maps, tried to do that and nothing happens. I did a factory reset, connected to Wi-Fi and signed on to my account. After synching I looked at my routes and the Map Unavailable message shows along with the Download Map button, on selecting that, nothing happens. I am connected to Wi-Fi and storage is showing 194 Mb Total used of 9.43 Gb. I also tried the Offline Maps section in settings and although the various download buttons appear, nothing happens when pressed.

@Bob: Sorry for the trouble caused while trying to download the Offline map. This normally happens when the internet connection is not active on the device. I see that you have connected your Karoo 1 to Wi-Fi. Are you able to perform other internet activities such as creating a Route online, syncing Routes from the Dashboard, etc?
For us to isolate the issue, could you connect your Karoo 1 to a mobile hotspot and see if you are able to download the Offline maps or not?
