Karoo does not fetch most recent Komoot routes

    Hey Manuel,

    Thank you for posting, To sync your routes from Komoot or any third-party application, Do click on the Sync icon on the routes menu in the dashboard ( It would beside the search bar) This should get all your 50 recent tours synced from Komoot.

    We are investigating the issue are routes being duplicated when synced from Komoot. There are a handful of other users as well who have reported this.

    I would love it to sync automatically, really annoying having to remember to sync on dashboard before ride. When you are somewhere with little signal i want it to auto sync to my headset when it has signal.

    The issue has been resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting my Komoot account!

    @jamie: Yea, that's very true. There are many more small things that could be better, guess time for a feedback thread eventually.

    I created my first Komoot route in September 2020, and that shows on my Karoo 2. I have created my second route today, but that does not show on my Hammerhead dashboard (i.e. webpage). I have disconnected and reconnected my Komoot account but the new second route is still not showing.

    Is it because I have to "pay for the map" on Komoot to allow synching with devices? (I "own" the map for the first route which has synched, i do not "own" the map for the second route which has not synched.

    I noticed my karoo2 isn't fetching routes from my Komoot anymore. it is still able to fetch Strava routes,,,just not Komoot. it used to work beautifully and I rely Komoot for route planning

    Having the same problem as well!  Weirdly, I was able to delete a route from Komoot and have it go away from my Hammerhead dashboard, but the new one I created today (which normally can be synced pretty much right away) is not showing up.

    I've tried the suggestion in another thread to disconnect and reconnect my Komoot account in incognito mode, but, no luck with that.

    [Edit] Never mind -- it is about purchasing the region in Komoot after all! Did that and was able to import instantly. [/Edit]

    I'm having this issue as well. Only way that works is to unlink and link the komoot account.

    There's no way to sync apps from within the karoo unit? seriously?
