Karoo does not fetch most recent Komoot routes

Maybe someone can help me. I am not an expert, yet. I bought my Karoo2 only 2 weeks ago. So far, quite happy with it. But, I don't understand what routes it is syncing from my Komoot account. It says it fetches the 50 most recent ones. But that is certainly not the case. I have created several new routes that I want to ride (after I first set up my Karoo2 initially) but I never can find them in my dashboard. It does fetch quite some routes, but I don't find the pattern which ones. Certainly not the recent ones. And it also shows also routes double... So, right now a bit hard for me to use it for navigation...
Could it be, that I have to have the regions unlocked in my Komoot to sync them with my Karoo2?

Edit: Ok, I bought Komoot World now, what the heck, gonna use it. Dashboard still does not fetch the recent routes. But at least I can import via link to the Komoot route...

Thank you for posting, To sync your routes from Komoot or any third-party application, Do click on the Sync icon on the routes menu in the dashboard ( It would beside the search bar) This should get all your 50 recent tours synced from Komoot.
We are investigating the issue are routes being duplicated when synced from Komoot. There are a handful of other users as well who have reported this. -
I created my first Komoot route in September 2020, and that shows on my Karoo 2. I have created my second route today, but that does not show on my Hammerhead dashboard (i.e. webpage). I have disconnected and reconnected my Komoot account but the new second route is still not showing.
Is it because I have to "pay for the map" on Komoot to allow synching with devices? (I "own" the map for the first route which has synched, i do not "own" the map for the second route which has not synched.

Having the same problem as well! Weirdly, I was able to delete a route from Komoot and have it go away from my Hammerhead dashboard, but the new one I created today (which normally can be synced pretty much right away) is not showing up.
I've tried the suggestion in another thread to disconnect and reconnect my Komoot account in incognito mode, but, no luck with that.
[Edit] Never mind -- it is about purchasing the region in Komoot after all! Did that and was able to import instantly. [/Edit]
