first ride with new Karoo 2 restarted after 30 min on cobblestone road

Hello,

I used my brand new Karoo 2 for the first time. After about 30 min during a very bumpy cobblestone road the device restarted automaticly with no reason...just bad luck or is there maybe a problem with my Karoo and should  I contact my supplier for guarantee ??
