preparing ride stall

I do have a ticket open but hopefully the hivemind can let me know if I'm missing something obvious.
Since the latest update (Installed on Friday 10th Feb) none of my GPX files will load. They just sit "preparing" until the device auto powers off. I've tested a number of things to try and isolate including;
- trying GPX files I have used succesfully before.
- trying GPX files from different sources (Strava, Komoot, RWGPS, direct GPX import)
- I have factory reset the device and signed everything back in
- I have tried different profiles and ensured I'm "outdoors"
- I have tried being connected to wi-fi, not being connected to wi-fi, being indoors, being outdoors, etc.
I'm at my wits end - both with frustration towards the device and with frustration about how reliant I've become!

Hi Stephen: I have been working with you on this ticket to understand the root cause of this issue. Could you please follow-up with me over the ticket after performing the tests that I suggested? We request you go out for a short ride after loading a Route for us to understand the root cause of this issue. This will help us to find the relevant errors from the ride logs that could cause this issue and can help you with the best solution to get this resolved.
