Good morning,

in developer mode the karoo 2 is not detected by the PC the MTP mode is active
I tried on 2 pc and the karoo 2 is still invisible??

Do you have an idea of ​​the problem

  Maybe try a different cable? (Also, did you turn usb debugging on in developer settings?)

  Hi Michael, we just tested this on a PC and Mac, it seems to be working on both the computers. Most of the time the fault is with the cable, that doesn't support the Media transfer or is not a USB-A to USB-C. Could you please make sure that's true in your case? If so could, you please write to us in a ticket so we can log a case with our developers to look into specifics on your Karoo 2?
