Live Tracker Not Working with T-Mobile or Google Fi
AnsweredI used a T-mobile SIM for a year, and recently, Live Tracker is not been working with it. I start a ride and follow along on my phone on my Live Tracker dashboard page, and it doesn't ever register that I started a ride (just an orange dot). So, thinking it was my SIM or a weird data plan with T-Mobile, I purchased a Google Fi SIM and got the same results. I'm at a loss at what to do to get Live Tracker working. It seems phone companies are incredibly unhelpful because the Karoo 2 isn't a phone, and Hammerhead's website/support is equally as unhelpful with their Live Tracking/SIM troubleshooting documentation. Does anyone out there have similar issues or a way to troubleshoot my problems?
