Hammerhead is not working anymore

Hello,  my HH Karoo until recently worked well, but now the autopause is continuously on and there is no registration of distance, cadence, speed anymore. Also the GPS is not functioning. Please assist me. Until recently it worked perfect but I have no clue what happened.

  And my GPS is only showing a place I do not live and which is far from here in Bolivia. In other weords: not functioning
