    It's a known outage due to connected 3rd party services on Dashboard. It's being looked at currently by our developers. We will update this post as soon as this has been resolved.

    I did find, however, that you can import a route to the routes page via pasting a URL. I created a route on Strava, copied its hyperlink then imported the route via the ADD button on the dashboard Routes page. I was able to connect and then use the route with the Karoo2.

    BUT... that was over 2-hours ago, and now, when I try to upload that ride, the K2 isn't connecting.

    Oh well.

    Super frustrating - ride tomorrow am. Let’s hope the mega expensive karoo )bought for nav) isn’t a total waste of money…

    Still not working. I have tried safari and chrome on 2 different computers, no rides or routes will load.

    I tried unlinking all my services, nothing loaded.  I re-added them, nothing loaded.  I tried multiple devices and browsers, nothing loading.  I did have my routes load initially once this morning, but the service quickly broke again.

     

    Edit:

    I don't know how this would be implemented, but an alternative option for loading routes on the device would be extremely helpful when there's service outages like this.

    Mine works as advertised, so it appears not all accounts have been affected similarly.  Maybe clearing your browser cache will help(?) but that doesn't explain why the issue exists across multiple browsers.  I hope it gets fixed for you soon

    You were probably just using it after the outage had been fixed, no need for any empty caches trickery afterwards (either time) at least here. And yes, a mechanism for uploading routes onto the unit via USB would definitely be good to have.
