Problem with sim
AnsweredHello! I have installed sim card with 4g(LTE), but on the karoo 2 I see the letter “E” in status bar. What is it?

Hi Andrey, the E indicates a 2G connection. This could happen is the 4G is not set up correctly on Karoo 2 or the area doens't have a 4G network. Please check with your SIM carrier and let us know in an email to support@hammerhead.io of what they have to say. Thanks
