    We are sorry to see this breakage, Francis. Don't worry, we will ship the replacement part for you.

    Meanwhile, I would like to inform you that the part(puck) has undergone iteration after we investigated and identified the root cause of the breakage. The latest replacement, that we will ship to you, would be the stronger and sturdier that the old versions.

    Unfortunately, we do not have this part for sale on our website. However, you can write to us at support@hammerhead.io with the picture of the broken part and we will help you with shipping of the replacement part.

    Besides, I see that we have a ticket from you on this breakage. I have responded to you requesting information on the order details, shipping address and a few questions related to the breakage. Kindly respond over there so that we can ship the replacement part sooner.

    I just received the bracket puck today, heck that was swift! Very pleased about how Hammerhead handled this :)
