No GPS connection , completely Gray map with arrow

Hi Glenn, I'd like to start with the basics first... so please let me know
- you are using an outdoor profile, not an indoor one
- you are not in an area surrounded by tall buildings or inside of a building
- you do have the offline maps downloaded
- if you are using a route and it passes though multiple regions, all those regions are available.

Hi I'm having the same issue. After the latest software update I'm missing GPS. I don't even have the "location" setting in settings. There's no GPS in "sensors"
. I've tried hard reboot/ restore factory settings. I'm using an outdoor profile and went outside to test . It's worked fine for the last year until yesterday. Can someone help asap?

Hi Chase, I want to confirm that there has been no change in related to sensors or GPS functionality in the latest release. This has not impacted wider community, so we do not believe this issue is related to update. Please check if your outdoor profile somehow has changed to Indoor one, inside the profile settings. This has been the case with a few riders who did report to support.
