Giant ebike issue

I'm new here with my Karoo 2. I'm connecting it to a ebike Giant ant+ from 2020 and there are problems with the data. As soon as the ebike is paired, the km are no longer correct, too much or too little. I've tried everything, without the ebike sensor for the speed, with auto-wheel, without auto-wheel, with correct tire circumference, the km are always wrong. The speed that appears on Strava is also incorrect. From top speed 176 km/h up to 15 km/h where it should be 50 kmh. As soon as I completely delete the ebike from the Karoo 2, everything is fine. Please help as I bought the Karoo for my ebike, thanks.

  Hello.

  In the same situation, I did not find the solution, just not to connect the Cadence/Speed of the Ebike data to avoid huge errors in speed and distance.

  Hello Benito, I solved the error using a external speed sensor and only use the ebike data battery, cadence

  Indeed Caro PM. It's a solution but it would be good to recover the correct data from the Ebike. It was done correctly with my Garmmin. In fact, only the cadence is missing because the speed is given by GPS movement.
