Gray empty map

Dear support, today I noticed that my Karoo map was 'empty', without any roads, just the arrow, route/climbs and pins.

Tried to restart the ride, reboot Karoo, nothing seemed to work. Did a ride 2 days ago it was working fine, with the same software, no updates since. Only thing that I remember changing was that I added some pins to the map from the dashboard, not sure if related.

This is on the latest software version and latest map update. The profile is set to outdoors and GPS was active. I was still able to ride and was getting climb notification and the ride uploaded to Dashboard/Strava with the correct GPS location, so seems to be just a visual problem.

  Hi Valter, this is new for us on the latest release but it could be related to the offline maps issue a few other users reported. Did you also receive any update on your Karoo 2 related to maps update? If not, have you tried to remove the map and download them again?

  Yes, I received the map update but did some rides after that update without problems.

  Today I deleted and re-downloaded all offline maps and the map is showing correctly now.

  For me a simple restart worked when this happened in a few instances.
