Ride won't upload to STRAVA

Yes, I've seen the answers to this problem but cannot seem to get it to work with my Karoo. No falls, no drops, no damage. 6 months ago, uploads happened seamlessly. Now I can even force an upload.

Is there a possible bug in my software? Can I reload the last update somehow?

VERY frustrating! 77yo and coming back from big surgery. I want to share my progress on STRAVA.

Do I have two accounts with Hammerhead? or maybe even STRAVA? How do I sort that out?

I hope someone is still looking at this site.

Love, love, love my Karoo when it is working as expected.

    Hi Chip, we have created a ticket on your behalf. Please follow up with us there.

    Meanwhile, check your Strava settings under App, and if you see multiple Hammerhead accounts as connected. Please try to revoke access from there and connect the account again on Hammerhead Dashboard.

    Please let us know if you have already tried that.
