    Hi Chip, we have created a ticket on your behalf. Please follow up with us there.

    Meanwhile, check your Strava settings under App, and if you see multiple Hammerhead accounts as connected. Please try to revoke access from there and connect the account again on Hammerhead Dashboard.

    Please let us know if you have already tried that.
