    Hi Matt, could you please check if the ride profile is accidentally changed to Indoor instead of outdoor?

    Also, there was a map update on Aug 16th, so check if that is pending to be installed.

    Thanks, Ali.

    Checked--I was on the HR+PWR profile, so it was an outdoor one.

    And I had updated the maps.

    Does this happen on all your rides after the last update? It would be better if we can work on a solution with you on a support ticket. Could you please share this information along with the Serial number (printed at the back of the unit) with us?

    again checkh uppdate sometime there is a bug

    This was fixed by deleting, and then re-downloading maps.
