GPS being way off in the city

I live in Brooklyn and took my first trip with my Karoo 2 last week in Manhattan and had no issues. Recently, I've been riding in Brooklyn and at certain points it just doesn't record distance or speed. Is this a speed sensor issue, or is this just what I'm stuck with riding in a city with lots of buildings? :(

  Leif, if you are using the speed sensor then the speed and distance is not affected by the GPS. It would help us investigate if you can please send the FIT file and Serial number of your karoo 2 to us. Please submit a request here: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/requests/new
