    Hi Ruben, a state of "Unknown" is stuck on the cards when the maps have not synced entirely. We suggest keeping your Karoo 2 connected to the Wifi untill the processing of the maps and tiles have completed in the background.

    Hi Ali, thanks for the reply but unfortunately the issue persists  despite being connected to a stable wifi connection.

    Ruben, try to sign out from the Hammerhead account on the Karoo 2 and sign back in.
