Sorry to hear about the fact that your Karoo is not uploading to the dashboard. I see that you also have a ticket open with us. I have replied to you with a few steps that you can take to offset the issue.
For quick reference, you can attempt to connect the unit to another wifi network or hotspot to check if the rides sync to the dashboard. If that does not improve the situation, then you can sign out of the Karoo and sign back into the unit to refresh the sync between the unit and the dashboard.
