No audio alerts on Aftershokz - new Karoo 3

When using the Karoo 3 in combination with: - IPhone 15 pro Max - Aftershokz headphone - Apple Music I do not get any audio signals when listing to music via my IPhone on the headset. When disconnecting the headset from the Karoo the audiosignals are working correctly.

  Audio alerts on bluetooth is not working on the Karoo right now. It is a known issue and we are working to get it fixed soon.

  Hi All, Bluetooth Audio support was release in the software update from yesterday. Please update your new Karoo to enjoy this feature on your rides.

  Acabo de comprar un karoo3 y no funcionan las alertas de audio actualmente no hay ninguna actualización nueva el aparato es nuevo

  He intentado actualizarlo y me dice que no hay ninguna actualización nueva se supone que al abrirlo y conectarlo se debería haber actualizado ,llevo 4 días con el y es nuevo de tienda bikeinn de barcelona
