Dark screen after software update

I have just installed the update Software Build Version: 1.480.1854.
After a reboot, the screen was no longer very bright. After switching it on and off again, the Karoo 2 remains black. Even when I connect the charging cable, the screen remains dark. What can I do?

  you can try a factory reset from the buttons, and if it doesn't work, p
