mounting part Karoo 1

a part of the connecting piece under the Karoo is broken, where can I order a new one ?

It is connected with 1 screw in the body of the Karoo and can be taken of the body so I only need the that connects in the mount on the bike

  Same here, the Karoo jumped after a small bump. The plastic around the screw is broken so the part doesn't stay anymore. It would be a shame to have to buy a new gps for that.

  Did you find a solution to this problem? My Karoo has also suffered this falure! Do you manage to get the spare part? This is a known problem by Hammerhead/

  I glued the part but 1 month later the part lost 1 wing, then the 2nd et is now useless. Since it's glued to the chassis, I can't use the Karoo 1 anymore. I've bought a garmin 940 since I wanted to have cycling dynamics. The user interface is terrible compared to Karoo but it shows data I need and the battery life is way better.
  Hammerhead really needs to work on their hardware and software to stay alive imho

  There is zero support for the Karoo 1.
  Mine mount is also broken.....
