GPS Trouble

The GPS Signal got Lost during a ride and navigation... it showed complete off track ... never got that before ... The GPS Signal was shown full conectivity but was away off the road ... so the Routing failed aswell because of that ... clear sky no clouds ... verry strange

  My GPS position was about 150 metres off for most of my ride yesterday. About to contact support as this has never happened before. I'm using a Karoo "3".

  i have now the k3 but first time it happened ...with the k2 i never got any troubles so far wirth k3 it happened the first time 4 days ago ..

  We are looking into the other issues with the GPS, on Karoo and its being investigated right now.

  I had the same GPS problems 10 days ago (August 11). While following a route my Karoo2 lost the GPS twice, the cursor stopped moving and the yellow direction-arrows disappeared. I had to restart the device to get it working again. 

  Four days later (August 14) the same thing happened again, this time without following a route. As shown in the pictures below, the Karoo seems to have lost the GPS-Signal and therefore cut off the route I have taken, and, even more annoyingly, showed me a passage I never took (both marked in green). 

  

  Interestingly the track was displayed perfectly on the Karoo and in the dashboard after the ride.

  

  As far as I can remember both times I had forgotten to turn off the SIM-card after checking for some routing-options, and that seemed to be the explanation for me. But since this was happening to more users at the same time, perhaps there could be another cause?

  I had severe "GPS troubles" only once 1,5 month ago (50m off) - I had to use my smartphone to find the turns. 

  Did these troubles occur lately or has the problem been fixed?

  i have since then no Trouble anymore GPS tracks are on Point now . looks like its fixxed.
