Outdoor profile disappeared after (physical) crash

    Hi Peter, Sorry to hear about your crash and great to hear you are back on the saddle!

    Profiles wouldn't be affected by the crash as they are software component and can be retrieved by loggin out and logging back in. However, it does sound like the GPS chip might have gone bad. We will be able to tell more after investigation, so please send the details of your unit with us on a ticket to support.
